Added starting point feature
On the map page, we've have added the ability to save a starting point:
This means that in the future when you come back to the map page, the system will automatically default the view to this location. See below:

it's a great idea, if it worked. Tried this with firefox and explorer browers, can't get it to default to my starting point.
